Leadership Development

Our Leadership Development services empower leaders to manifest their potential. We empower leaders by facilitating a continuous process of self and context awareness and taking actions congruent with the awareness.

Our leadership development work is founded on the following beliefs:

  • What we call personality in the conventional terms, is a partial manifest part of our full selves largely comprising of coping patterns that became concretized over time. We believe that behind these coping patterns and partially manifest self lies an undiscovered reserve of latent identities with unique potentials. Our belief is this deeper self is waiting to be discovered and given wings for expression.
  • Working on beliefs and attitudes is more critical than acquiring knowledge and honing skills. Beliefs and attitudes either facilitate or undermine the application of acquired knowledge and skills.
  • Deepening one’s awareness of oneself and awareness of the situation one is in, is essential for responding with inner power and congruence. This enables one to meaningfully use appropriate knowledge and skills in changing, unexpected situations.

Deepening Self-Awareness

When a leader examines her experiences (reaction patterns, emotions and attitudes) in light of her goals, she arrives at a revised understanding of herself and her situation. This process often brings forth an empowered inner state and enables a meaningful outer response. Our self-awareness enhancement programs are tailored to help leaders gain deep insights into their patterns of behaviors, beliefs, attitudes, emotions facilitating newer discoveries about oneself and experimenting with newer action choices.

Engaging in difficult conversations skillfully

A leader’s impact is either created or undermined in the conversations she has at work. Team Cohesion and Performance:

When a team unites under a shared purpose on a foundation of deep trust, the team produces superlative results while sustaining a strong sense of wellbeing. In these interventions, we facilitate dialogues through which the team surfaces and engages in dialogue on issues that have been holding the team back and connects with its own untapped resources. Culture of a team, a division or an organization is the shared narrative that its members subscribe to about – “who are we” and “how do we work here”. Often there is a discrepancy between the desired culture and the actual culture. These discrepancies have their roots in a variety of factors such as leadership behavior, unintended consequences of organizational processes and systems etc. We help organizations at different levels examine their current culture, articulate their desired culture, engage in a dialogue, paving way for committed collective actions to manifest the organization’s aspired culture.
